Rahan Lodge
Description
Built Rahan Lodge in 1740, as a hunting base, included owners, Earls of Shelbourne and the 5th Marquis of Lansdowne. The house was enlarged in 1850 to become a country retreat and has had many famous visitors since including Danial O Connell.
